Based on the wish, I started Tony's Farm. While talking to other farmers when working in the farm, I found that most farmers have two separate fields, one for themselves, and another one for the market. This finding made me realize the importance of providing safe vegetables without pesticides for use by current city residents.

Years of experience running a restaurant made me realize that in order to cut costs and increase productivity, it is inevitable that pesticides, chemical fertilizer, and other chemicals are widely used during planting. With all these harmful materials left on the vegetables, not only are the taste and nutrition ruined, but there is also tremendous damage done to people's health, and the use of chemicals is directly linked to the frequency of food poisoning.
